Self-actualization is a word used in psychology to define a state of being where you sense you are achieving something meaningful and achieving your objectives and visions. It has been wondered by some psychologists that this is the real way to attain contentment and a sense of fulfillment.
Self-actualization is well thought-out the top of the pyramid and what we go next once we have attained our physiological needs like living and eating, safety, love and esteem needs.
